Thank you for allowing us to serve you! Here are a few things to keep in mind about using this website:
1. User’s Acknowledgment and Acceptance of Terms
When using the services or materials on this site, users shall be subject to any posted rules applicable to such services or materials.
2. Description of Services
We make various services available on this site including, but not limited to Tax Preparation Courses, and other educational or consulting services. Courses are updated as much as needed to achieve the educational goals of the students of that course. Courses that contain more basic, timeless information are updated less frequently than courses which are designed to provide updated information to students.
We reserve the sole right to either modify or discontinue the site, including any of the site’s features, at any time with or without notice to you. We will not be liable to you or any third party should we exercise such right.
In the event that we sell a product that includes lifetime access, “lifetime” refers to the life of the product, and you understand and agree that not all products live forever. We will always make all good faith efforts to deliver everything promised in the sale of products we offer and in fact our preference is to deliver more than we promise. We also reserve the right to discontinue the offering of a product if it is no longer possible to deliver because of cost, changes to the tax code have rendered the product outdated, or any other factor at our sole discretion.
Certain programs we offer have both a product component–most often, this refers to accessing a digital product, such as an online course–and a people component–most often, this refers to attending live training sessions with a particular instructor, and/or receiving direct support from Pronto Tax School staff. If, at the time of sale, both the product and people components were part of the offer you purchased, you will keep access to both the product and people components for the lifetime of your subscription to that product. If the people component was added after your purchase, we reserve the right to charge you for the additional value delivered by the people involved in delivering the program, as a means of supporting the program’s continuation. You will always maintain the right to enroll in new program features or not, and you will never be charged any money without agreeing to charges ahead of time.
We will always strive to work cooperatively with our Members and we are happy to listen to any thoughts you have about our Terms of Service, or any other aspect of our operations. Please feel free to provide any feedback to us through our support department. We are here to serve you and everything we do with our products and services has that goal in mind.
