Our refund policy is to provide a refund upon written request from the student, anytime within 14 days of purchase, provided no hours have been reported for the student to IRS or CTEC.
In the event that we report hours to IRS or CTEC for a particular student’s completion of a course, no refund for that course will be available, for any reason.
