How to Minimize Tax Errors
Tuesday July 2 from 9am – 12pm
In this Tuesday morning Van Nuys live tax class, we will look at particularly “tricky” tax forms issues that frequently cause tax preparer errors or confusion. Many W-2s now have a lot more information on them than they used to, and other forms can be confusing, too. Today we’ll look at tricky and troublesome tax forms that you should watch out for as you prepare tax returns. Special bonus: we’ll show you the proper way to respond to a CP2000 “income not matching letter” that your client receives from the IRS. This class is going to save you from making some of the same mistakes we’ve made, show you how to fix errors when they have already been made, and is a great investment for any new or experienced tax preparer who wants to minimize errors and maximize client satisfaction.
