Good News! We have upgraded our online education platform.
(New Members, just go here to the new platform and set up your account, it’s really easy!)
For Returning Members, as an extra courtesy to you, we created an account for you on the upgraded online learning platform and even inputted all your past year CTEC and IRS information…follow these simple directions to sign into your account:
–> Go here to the sign in page on the new online training platform.
–> Enter your email address (your user name is your email address)
–> Enter the default password which is newrenew — and press the “Sign In” button
–> Once you’re inside your account, go here to update your password and make sure all your information is correct (phone number, PTIN, CTEC ID, etc.)

Yes we know change is not always easy, keep in mind however that EVERYTHING we do here is for your benefit. The new platform has additional benefits of:
- Even faster CTEC hours reporting
- Fewer technology challenges (password resets, etc.)
- No expiration date on your course, access it year-round!
- See all your Pronto Tax School courses in one place
- Ask questions and interact with other Members directly through the course platform
