Training
New tax preparers have to face insufficient training when they first start out in the world of tax preparation.

Certain online tax preparation courses don’t have hands on training, which makes it difficult for new tax preparers going into the job without doing any preparations.
Good thing about Pronto Tax is they offer hands on training in their courses, offering practice tax returns!
Support
Along with lack of training can come with lack of support for new tax preparers.
Some tax preparing courses don’t offer a lick of help when their customers are totally stumped on a question or item on the course.

If they have a question they have to sit there and wonder who they ask, which is pretty sad.
Pronto Tax makes sure you never have to deal with that kind of stress! Pronto Tax offers a support package along with their customer support Facebook page.

This is where customers can chat among themselves and help each other with any questions that come up.
OCD/ Never have ducks in a row
A problem new tax preparers face that can make or break them is if they are perfectionist.
One would think being a perfectionist for a job would be a good thing, but in this case, it will hurt you.

Having analysis paralysis is not good! Tax preparation isn’t always going to be perfect, not everything will go according to schedule, and if you can’t come to Jesus with that then it will be a major challenge when you are first starting out as a new tax preparer.
If you realize you relate to either of these challenges, head over to prontotaxschool.com or even prontotaxclass.com to learn more!
